We have a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with an attached garage in Lake Village.

Lake Village is a private residential community located on 52 acres and comprised of  330 town home units near beautiful Lake Tahoe. We are less than one mile from the casinos and beach and less than two miles from the Gondola at Heavenly.

Lake Village's recreation area has something for everyone.  A large seasonal swimming pool (it is closed in the winter), in-ground hot tub, saunas and hiking near by. We also have tennis courts and pickleball courts. For the kids we have a playground and in the Clubhouse we have a ping pong and pool table.  There is also a picnic area and propane grills are also available.

At Cascade Tahoe Townhouse, our goal is to provide a low cost comfortable retreat facility for small non-profits, allowing for either staff retreats of for agency functions.  

When not in use for non-profits, Cascade is rented out as a vacation rental to defray operational costs.
