Southside Booty Camp is an outdoor women's fitness program in Seattle Parks. This is a holistic no-nonsense fitness camp that mixes resistance and cardio training in the great outdoors. Boot camps last for one month and will increase your strength, balance, flexibility and cardio in a supportive community driven environment!
