We are Momentum Fitness, we are one team, and we are here to see you succeed. Sure, we are in the "workout business" but that's not really what we do - we're actually in the business of changing lives. And we are extremely passionate about it.
Our team started off as just a mom and her son trying to help some locals get in shape. We've got degrees, and certifications aplenty but it's how we work together as a team, our community, and our systems that we've created that sets us apart.
We have worked with 1000's of people in the Bay Area. Our training programs are fun, challenging, and over all pretty awesome.
