Utilizing State, Federal and Consumer Laws, specifically the Fair Credit reporting Act of 1971, Business Finance Services, Inc. will implement a series of strategies that include investigation, disputation and verification procedures that will result in the deletion and upgrading of negative and derogatory information. The BFS program is success oriented with a 2 year commitment.
