This item is for the initial 1-2 hour ON SITE consultation and follow up report of UP TO 2 hours long.  Especially complex properties, properties with a lot of grade, larger properties may take longer to get a solid report together.

Scheduling will have to be when we are around the region. We typically come to the Seattle area 1-2x each Season, sometimes more often.   Initial consultation can often be done remotely if the client is willing to do homework and has capacity for electronic communication.  I am willing to travel for consultation and design if expenses are covered (can discuss what that looks like)
