Our mission is to improve the resting strength of the people of Seattle through endurance and weight training. Featuring Group Classes and Personal Training, our programming uses a mix of Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, calisthenics, functional bodybuilding, and posture corrective movements. We work with a variety of techniques–from slowed down tempo work to explosive movements–to build dense strength. We are continuously focused on the safety of our clients and the correction of movement patterns while driving them to achieve their fitness goals.
