To Redeem scrip (gift certificate): Reservations must be made by calling Shilo's toll-free reservations number 1-800-222-2244.  Reservations are based on availability only.  Please state that Shilo scrip (gift certificate) will be used for payment.  A maximum number of Ten (10) rooms may be used at one time unless prior arrangements are made.

• Guest must present original scrip and photo identification at time of check-in.  No photocopies or faxed copies will be accepted
• Rates will be charged at "rack" rates.  No discounts or commercial rates will be given
• Reservations are not automatically guaranteed.  Guest must guarantee reservation with a personal credit card for late arrival
• Scrip expires one year from issue date.  Sorry, no extensions will be granted.
• Shilo scrip is for lodging only.  All other charges such as tax, phone calls, room service, restaurant and lounge charges, meeting room charges, etc. are to be paid by the guest at check-out.  Credit for such charges should be established upon check-in with credit card.
• Scrip is not replaceable if lost of stolen
• Scrip must be valid at time of stay
