This 1929 Willy Whippet has been professionally restored and converted into a travelling show piece.  It has been redesigned to include a working 60 oz. popcorn popper that is included and a sifting tray for bagging and space for a professional cotton candy machine. The car can be driven in parades or at events but it is does not have brake lights so it is not street legal.
