The space offers an array of audio and visual capabilities and a dedicated back-of-house space, with restrooms. There is new central air and heating, Wireless internet, and adjustable pin spot lighting with rigging points for AV additions. The space is 1,600 square feet and combines with parking spots that can be used together or separately.
