We believe that the way to achieve our objectives is through active one-on-one personal contact with these people and families. If this is done early when the immigrants first arrive, it helps them with adjusting socially to the new country and eventually integrating into the rest of society. We provide a valuable service by linking resource rich agencies to the Russian community in a culturally sensitive manor.
