I waited to post a review to see if issues could be resolved. They were not. First attempt to clean was terrible and with no attention to detail. Resulted in a torn and ruined IKEA light and a broken light fixture that has been impossible to replace. I spent hours at stores and online looking for a replacement. I should have just cleaned my own house. It would have been faster and much cheaper. Second attempt to clean was much better. Communication to get lights fixed or replaced was originally sporadic. I was told to e-mail the owner which I did. No response. I still have a broken light that I cannot get replaced. Cleaning was to be done to get my house ready to sell on 4/20/18. In a hot housing market, it is 5/24/18 without a sale. Is it because of the missing light fixture? I don't know. I know there is no responsibility taken for damage done and cleaning takes 2 attempts. Assume follow up communication afterward will not happen. If damage is done in the process, you are on your own.

Yes you are seeing correctly. I rated them prematurely based on there ability to clean a home which is great. However please be aware, they will charge you 30-35% more because you are BizX. There manager blatantly lied to Jessica the owner! Stay she quoted me other numbers. Can’t trust would never recommend.

They did a remarkable job and I was surprised to see how quickly they thoroughly cleaned my apartment. The whole team was very professional. I would definitely want to use their services again!

Outstanding job and amazing work! Kimberly and her partner did a massive deep clean of our bathroom and kitchen, and it has never looked so good since the house was brand new! The bathroom was particularly impressive with careful attention to the shower, tiles, sinks, and removal of soap scum. These guys know how to clean! Definitely will be using them again for future cleaning needs. Highly recommend!

Full disclosure...Jim Brown is a BizX employee. From Carol Brown: Kimberly & her partner did a great job with the deep clean of our 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. They arrived on time, and kept me up to date on their progress. The kitchen floor just glows and the bathrooms are sparkling clean. They even cleaned the window sills and baseboards. I'm looking forward to the future cleanings that we have scheduled. .

Jessica and her team are a pleasure to work with and do a very thorough job cleaning. I hired them to clean my place before a trip, and coming home to a clean house was the best gift I could have given myself. Great company and I'll definitely work with them again.
