5 Stars for the company. Great staff, helpful, and like the variety of what they have. 1 star deducted for the so-so quality of the products. I knew going in to not expect super high quality as these are clearly Chinese knock offs, but the initial look feel is even lower than expected. I will be using what I bought from them next month, if they hold up better than expected I'll come back and revise the review. I will consider doing business with them again as they have some other products that are of interest.

We ordered 3 bark collars for our dogs and a patio chairs. Everything was shipped in one box. We paid $42 for the box to be shipped. Looking at our invoice we were charged an additional $21 for the collars shipping, double dipping on shipping?. To top it all off, the bark collars don't work. They make a continuous beep. Sent email to company, no answer. Don't think we will order again. K

I asked about the actual color of this item. Was told brown with gray pillows. It is actually gray with gray pillows. Much smaller than led to believe. Great item for little people. Whole set only weighs 32lbs! I also ordered 3 dog collars that were thrown in this box and squished. Was charged an extra $21 for the $16.20 in dog collars. They could have at least sent them separately. I am feeling double charged for shipping. I don't think I will order from this company again.

Never received items.

I have probably purchased from Gudcraft 10 times. They are consistently awesome, and have really, really cool stuff.

Love this style of chair. These were a tad squeeky though.

The package arrived a few days later. Lot's of good stuff on their site. I will certainly be purchasing more from them in the future.

Have not received my items. Tried to call - sat on hold for more than 10 minutes and hung up. Tried to email/message them too. No reply.

Bought outdoor lounge chairs. They are super comfortable.

Nice product but was not inform of shipping cost prior to payment. Shipping was listed as zero (free) during final transaction. Then on another transaction without my authorization! Shipping was 3x more expensive than the product itself.
