Be Original, Be Blondstone

Blondstone jewelry studio is the life long vision of Heidi, daughter of art teacher and artist Robert Holman. At a very young age Heidi was exposed to an array of art mediums and started gravitating towards metalsmithing. She pursued this passion into college and took two years of Art Metals at University of Stout Menomonie, Wisconsin. In 1984 Heidi moved to San Diego, California where her love of the ocean and beach-combing lead to the beginning of SOL Designs by Heidi in 1992. Her uniquely crafted jewelry features hand found sea treasures set into her original sterling silver designs. On April 20, 2000 Heidi decided to showcase her designs and opened a live-working silver studio called Blondstone in Ocean Beach, California. Jewelry production is happening while you shop; the showroom floor is displayed in her own signature style with necklaces laced on vases, earrings hung on glassware, rings in creative frames and much more. This ambiance and style has become a part of her unique brand.
