The Seattle Sports Commission (SSC) is a member-based organization that helps to bring major sports events to our region, and works to create a more sustainable and equitable sports landscape that supports youth, amateur, collegiate and professional sports. Alongside the Mariners, local government and Major League Baseball, the SSC recently announced that Seattle will host the 2023 MLB All-Star Game. We have several NCAA championship events being hosted at Climate Pledge Arena and Seattle Pacific University starting in 2022 and continue to work on other major sporting event bids like the 2026 FIFA World Cup.  The SSC Commissioner membership comprises over 100 business, government, venue, university and team representatives from across the state of Washington.
