We have a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with attached garage in Lake Village. Lake Village is a private residential community located on 52 acres and comprised of 330 town home units near beautiful Lake Tahoe. We are less than one mile from the casinos and beach and less than two miles from the Gondola at Heavenly. Lake Village's recreation area has something for everyone. A large swimming pool, in-ground hot tub, saunas and hiking near by. We also have tennis courts and pickleball courts. For the kids we have a playground and in the Clubhouse we have a ping pong and pool table. We have a picnic area and propane grills are also available.
