SURF, located in downtown Seattle, is a membership-based, curated community with a dynamic culture that enables entrepreneurs to focus on executing their ideas. 

​SURF is one of the first companies to offer flex space, flex desk, flex office and flex event support. All of our services were flexible to accommodate dynamic needs. From startups to fortune 100 companies, they all need elastic solutions, which adapt to the ever changing needs. Covid has now added another layer to the demand for flexible solutions.

​For nearly a decade, SURF has provided incubation, mentorship and open community work environment specifically focused on providing the necessary facilities, educational events and professional resources to support efficient and effective growth.

We have an active floor, which is filled with small businesses, meeting areas, and events. Our companies are growing quickly and the available spaces change frequently.

Conference rooms are available to non-members, including two event spaces: 

• There are 10 conference rooms with room for 4 to 14 people.

• Sunset Beach is suitable for 30 people and can easily be configured as a classroom setting, boardroom, workshop or retreat. 

• SURF Café is much larger and can easily hold 100 people. The Café includes the use of the large kitchen with tons of counter-space for caterers to serve food.
