New

Calistoga - the most "up" of the upvalley of Napa Valley plays host to some of the most volcanic, rocky soil in the entire valley. The Oat Hill was formed when earthquakes and volcanos were common, pushing the hill up from underneath the earth. Grapevines, planted in 1980, 1996 and in 2010 all share the same persistence - growing in this rocky soil is not easy. The resulting wine of 2016 is silky and complex. Carmel on the nose is prevalent, along with the palate of concentrated plum, berries and spice. Pair this wine with your favorite, spicy dish or roasted meat.
