One Month of Kung Fu Training

Have fun and get fit with comprehensive martial art that teaches self defense techniques that stems from a traditional five-animal style Kung Fu. This training helps to cultivate confidence, discipline, and promote a healthy well-being through rigorous physical training and the development of internal energy. This class is taught by Sifu Daniel Cashman who is also a practitioner of Traditional Chinese medicine (acupuncture, herbs, and tuina).

Please call ahead of your first class. Allow 10 minutes before first class to fill out paperwork.
