We offer small group training sessions in Reformer, Mat, Pilates Mixed Apparatus, Barre, MOTR, and Bodhi Suspension. Sessions are limited to a max of 4-6 participants. These sessions are designed to improve your strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination. You will learn correct & efficient movement patterns to keep you and your joints healthy. The exercises you learn & the way you move translates into all that you do throughout your day.

After only 12 weeks, your posture will be changed. Your sports, activities and overall body will be changed. Pilates will change the way you move & feel for the rest of your life. Classes are 55 minutes in length and are limited to 4 people
