During a private Pilates session you will work one on one with your instructor to perform Pilates exercises on a variety of Pilates apparatus including the reformer, cadillac, chair, and various barrels. Each session will be tailored to meet your individual needs, goals, and preferences.
Experience a full body workout in a safe and effective way while learning the fundamentals of core strength and alignment. This workout is designed to help participants develop longer, leaner muscles, establish core strength and stability, and heighten mind-body awareness.
All sessions are 55 minutes in length.
