Established in 1969, Red Boy Pizza began as a single, 90-square-foot location in San Francisco, California. Founders Peter and Kitty Forstner owned and operated the business for more than 35 years featuring only the finest ingredients, including a true San Francisco Sourdough Crust. Peter named the restaurant Red Boy Pizza after a drawing he had created as a young boy in his native Germany, the original Red Boy.

Today, though Peter and Kitty have retired, Red Boy Pizza remains a family-owned business. Each pizza is hand-crafted to perfection, providing the kind of quality and attention to freshness you can only find here in the San Francisco Bay Area.
