Our on-ramp program is a comprehensive, one month long series of classes that will prepare you to freely participate in any of the other classes offered at Amped. You will learn the basic, fundamental movements of CrossFit in a small group environment—anyone, of any fitness level is welcome! Each class will teach and review proper form and technique in various skills while gradually introducing intensity. We will meet 3 times a week for three weeks (total of 9 classes). Classes are 1 hour long. On-Ramp is required before CrossFit sign up unless you are an already experienced CrossFit athlete. New On-Ramp classes begin each month. Memberships can continue via BizX after the on ramp program.
