Chapter One is all about first impressions and this gin makes a lasting one. Classic and refined, for seasoned gin drinkers it will be familiar yet more polished and complex and for those just joining the story, this will be the introduction to your new favorite characters.
The “non-fiction” of our two dry gins, it was created to showcase the pedigree of the London Dry category. Approachable and clean, well balanced between smooth juniper and bright citrus with a subtle hint of coriander and earthy undertones.
Sip neat or write in to any preferred gin cocktail, we authored our botanicals and flavors to be extremely versatile in a world of brash and overpowering craft gins.
Notable Mention (Gin Foundry UK): “It is wonderfully concentrated; An initial sweetness laps at the tongue, a mix of angelica and orange that is all at once fresh and rooty. The spices soon set in, filling the tongue with flavor. Juniper comes in to round this off; it’s sappy and fresh, as if you’d popped one of the fresh berries into your mouth. The spice is well integrated into the ensemble and doesn’t dominate, rather it provides a dark outline that helps the more vivid citrus and juniper stand out.”
