Aged in French oak for 30 months. Only 5 barrels produced This Cabernet shows dark red and blue fruit on the nose wrapped in elegant French vanilla. On the palate blackberry, black cherry and ripe plum turn to a mouthwatering finish. Fresh bouquet of black currant, black cherry, and vanilla. On palate: jammy raspberry, red cherry, red anise and a nice smooth as butter finish. This wine is young and could use a double decant if drinking soon.
Production Notes - Whole berry fermentation lasted 23 days before being pressed off into 5 barrels. 1 new French oak, and 4 once filled French barrels. Aged for 30 months before being blended together and bottled. This wine has everything you want in a wine for aging tannins, acid and a big body.
