Case of 2018 Eternal Patience Roussanne. 

Tasting Notes: 2nd release Aged 2 years in French oak, full MLF, this white wine is a mouthful. Notes of white lily, green apple with caramel, roasted coffee and lemon curd on the nose. Honeydew, raspberry, spiced nutmeg, and a super long lingering finish. Just like Walla Walla it’s so nice you gotta drink it twice. 

Production Notes: Whole cluster pressed in 3 year old French barrels.  Aged for 22 months before being bottled.  We only produced two barrels of this wine. Racked yearly and on the way to bottle. 2 day cold soak.
