Aged 30 months in barrel

Tasting notes: Bright velvet cake, plums, bing cherry, and caramel on the nose.  Fleshy plum, anise, and molasses on the pallet give way to a spicy grilled green pepper finish.  Even though this wine is a 2016, it is still a young wine.  Keep an eye on this as it evolves over the next couple years.  #TheFutureIsBright
