Southern Cuisine In the Heart of the City

Established November 2016.  Bleunote Restaurant and Lounge is veteran owned.  It started on a journey to create a place rendering of Southern Comforts.  Veteran owner/chef Quinton Gethers started his journey making sweet ice tea in his Grandmother's restaurant.  It was known as MS Pearl in the early 80s in Charleston SC.  This was where he learned the basics and adding love to the great food he created.
