StudentCircle’s online yoga class promotes children’s physical, mental, and spiritual development through gentle Yoga instruction. Our 200-hour-certified instructor, Lindsay Lowman, guides youth and teen groups through gentle Pranayama for centering calm and Asanas for flexible strength. Yoga for Beginners includes creative combinations of poses that stretch and strengthen muscle, different forms of meditation, breath work, journaling, and introductions to yoga and meditation.
