In addition to our well-loved restaurants Von's 1000Spirits & Sharps Roasthouse, we are happy to welcome Northwest Spirits Tasting Room & Retail Center will offer our own blended and aged spirit tastings & sales, craft cocktails, small bites, barware for the curated home bar, as well as indoor and outdoor fire-pit seating.

Northwest Spirits is founded upon my fascination of mystery, magic and romance. Growing up, I remember sneaking into my dad’s Seattle saloon, the famous Jake O’Shaughnessy’s, and peering in wonderment at the tall mahogany library ladder rolling over the never-ending rows of colorful bottles.
