Aged on the fine lees in stainless steel, SodoSecco expresses notes of apple, pear, lemon, apricot, ginger, and white floral characteristics. Crafted in a prosecco style, it is smooth on the palate and extremely fresh and creamy with minerality on the finish.

Food pairing: Cheese, fruit, truffle, and a warm fire with someone special.
